TERMS & CONDITIONS: Passport Activity
1. Eligibility
- This activity is open to all customers who are willing to buy a Lotus Professional Facial at a partner salon in India.
- Employees of the Salon, Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd. and Salon Owners are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
- Collect Your Passport
Contact the Salon Manager at your salon to collect your Passport.
- Register Yourself
Scan the QR code on the back of your Passport and fill in your correct details to complete the registration.
- Start the Journey
Avail 4 facials at the same salon from where the Passport was issued to progress through the Passport activity.
- Get Stamped
After each facial, you’ll have to get a stamp with the date as proof of completion.
- Claim Your Reward
Once all 4 facials are completed and your Passport is fully stamped, you’ll be eligible to receive your 5th facial FREE!
3. Activity Duration
- This is a limited-time activity and will conclude on 31st October 2025
- Only entries submitted and completed within this period will be considered valid.
4. Rewards & Prizes
- Participants who successfully complete the passport can submit it at their respective salon to avail a complimentary 5th facial.
- All gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Redemption & Validation
- One passport per customer.
- Passports with incomplete, tampered, or duplicate stamps will be disqualified.
- Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd. (Lotus) reserve the right to verify the identity of participants and validate the completion of tasks.
6. General Conditions
- By participating, customers agree to abide by these terms and any decisions made by Lotus.
- Lotus reserves the right to amend or cancel the activity or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Any misconduct, unfair means, or misuse of the activity will lead to disqualification.
7. Data & Privacy
- Participant data may be collected for verification and communication purposes only.
