These Terms & Conditions govern participation in contests, giveaways and promotions organised by Lotus Professional via social media platforms or Offline Platforms. By entering or participating in any Contest, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

• Contests are open to individuals who are 18 years or older and legal residents of India.
• Employees of Lotus Professional, Salon Partners, Distributors and Channel Partners, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.

2. How to Enter

• Entry requirements will be specified in the Contest announcement.
• Only entries submitted within the Contest duration and in accordance with the instructions will be considered valid.
• Multiple entries may or may not be allowed, as specified in the Contest.

3. Contest Period

• Each Contest will run for the period specified in the Contest announcement.
• Entries received after the closing date/time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by Team Lotus Professional.
• The decision of Lotus Professional shall be final and binding.
• The declaration of winners shall be made solely through the medium employed for the initial announcement of the contest.
• If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, Lotus Professional reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Prizes

• Prize details will be specified in the Contest announcement.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or equivalent value if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

• By submitting content (photos, videos, captions, etc.), Participants grant Lotus Professional a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participants confirm that submitted content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Disqualification

Lotus Professional reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, contain offensive or unlawful content, or otherwise violate these T&Cs.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Lotus Professional shall not be responsible for any technical errors, internet failures, or platform issues that prevent participation.
• By entering, Participants agree that Lotus Professional, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
• Any third party gifts/vouchers etc. will be issued under the TnCs of the respective issuing agency/vendor.

9. Data Privacy

• By participating, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Lotus Professional for the purpose of administering the Contest.
• Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Contest and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
